Provided funding for the "Science and the Orthodox Church" program, a project of the Religion and Science Initiative at the University of South Carolina. The program director, Dr. Daniel Paul Buxhoeveden, is an Orthodox Christian. The goal of the project is to produce a university-level textbook on Orthodoxy and science. The book will include the views of Orthodox saints and elders on the natural sciences, as well as those of modern Orthodox scientists and theologians.
