Institute for Orthodox Christian Studies, Cambridge University
Cambridge, England
Organization:
The Institute for Orthodox Christian Studies was founded in 1999 with the blessing of the Orthodox hierarchs in Britain after more than two years of consultation and collaboration among members of the Orthodox churches, the University of Cambridge, and the Cambridge Theological Federation. The Institute serves the Orthodox Church as a whole and is governed by a Board of Directors with representatives from the various Orthodox Churches in Great Britain. By using the traditions and resources of all Orthodox communities, the Institute can offer the best possible education to students and enable them to appreciate their common inheritance, the universality of Orthodox theology and the rich variety of the Orthodox tradition.
Projects:

Provided partial funding for the implementation of strategic planning, infrastructure and development.
