The Orthodox Christian Mission Center (OCMC) is the official international mission agency of the Standing Conference of Canonical Orthodox Bishops in the Americas (SCOBA).

Projects:

Provided funding for the Educational and Catechism Project in Albania.

Funded the production of an educational video on the work of OCMC.

Funded establishment of institutional development program devoted to development, fund raising and strategic planning.

Supported The Gift of Life to All Nations Capital Campaign. The purpose of the campaign is to fund the acquisition and construction of an administrative and training center and to endow the organization’s programs into the future. The interactive museum and learning center in the new center will be named in honor of the Foundation.

Supported the St. Dimitri of Basarabov Program for People Dependent on Alcohol. The program works with alcoholics and sets up treatment programs in Cluj, Romania under CHRISTIANA, the social outreach arm of the Romanian Orthodox Church.

Provided funding for a conference in Albania between Orthodox and Evangelical Protestant missionaries to address practical problems and conflicts that exist in the mission field between the two groups.

Provided funding for a development audit of the organization.

Provided funding for an ongoing clergy substance abuse treatment program in Moldova.
